Appointments

You can request appointments by telephone, text message and by email. Text message appoinment reminders are available on request.

A 50% cancellation fee is charged for all appointments cancelled within 48hours.

Vouchers are available.

Preparations

If you need to shave (an area to be treated) it’s best to do this the day before to avoid sensitivity during your treatments.

Please be courteous and arrive for your treatment showered.

Arriving

Plan to arrive for your treatment no more than 15 minutes before your appointment time. Remember you could disturb another client if you arrive early. Please note not all clients come to Revive in their cars so ‘no car on the drive’ does not indicate no client.

Please don’t panic if you’re going to be a bit late! There’s no point arriving for a relaxing treatment all stressed out. You may have the option of either re-scheduling or enjoying a shorter treatment as appropriate, there is absolutely no cause for stress or worry.Please only park on the drive.

Consultation

Any change to medical conditions or medication must be discussed before treatment.

Treatments will always be customised for you wherever possible.You will always be told what to wear for your treatment, how to position yourself on the couch and what to expect.

If you have changed your mind about which treatment you want it’s best to give as much notice as possible, a text message 15 minutes before your arrival could make it easier to change your treatment. However always ask and where possible the change will be accommodated.

Treatment

If you feel uncomfortable in any way during your treatment please do say so.

If massage pressure is too firm or too light – mention it! And always, always say if you feel any pain. The goal of your appointment is to provide you with the perfect treatment for you. It can’t be emphasised enough that feedback is absolutely welcomed!

There's no pressure to talk during a treatment. It's entirely up to you. If you have questions or would like to talk during the session, certainly do so. I take my cues from you. If you're quiet I will be too. It’s almost guaranteed that if you enjoy your treatment in silence then you’ll find it more relaxing and I will be able to fully concentrate on the job in hand. This applies to all treatments including manicures, pedicures and waxing!

Therapists are trained to be discrete both during treatments and when they are not working. Your privacy & confidentiality is assured.

During your treatment your body will be draped with an appropriate covering to ensure your modesty at all times. Usually just the area of the body to be worked on will uncovered.

After your treatment

You may relax for a while after your treatment but please be aware that the treatment room needs to be prepared for the next client.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque.

Tips are not accepted at Revive. If you’ve really enjoyed your treatment please leave a testimonial on the website or tell a friend.
