I have been visiting Sally at Revive for many years now. Her skill and professionalism is truly head and shoulders above any other therapist I have visited in the past. The facial is a wonderfully realxing experience and my skin glows afterwards. I have also had waxing treatments and Sally manages to turn a potentially embarrassing and uncomfortable experience into something (almost!) pleasant . Very occasionally I visit another salon (when given vouchers etc) and it always reinforces my belief that Sally truly is the best.

I had always considered underarm waxing but had never had the confidence to try it and after meeting Sally through her boot camp programme http://thefreshairgym.co.uk/ i thought theres nobody better i could think of to help me overcome my waxing fears.
Sally waxed my underarms for the second time tonight and the results were everything i'd hoped for. She is incredibly intuitive and makes the whole experience almost painless by making sure i was completely relaxed, comfortable and happy with everything she was doing.
I have lost 2 and a half stone with Sallys help over the last year and she has inspired me to look after my body by exercising regularly, eating healthily and indulging in a bit of ocassional beauty therapy! Sally is incredibly professional, thoughtful when arranging appointments, friendly and by far the perfect therapist for me. I will be sure to recommend her to everyone i know.
Im feeling brave enough now to add a bikini and leg wax to my next appointment. I know im in good hands with Sally.

I can't remember how many years I have been visiting revive, but I can't imagine going anywhere else. I decided to give Revive a go when the salon I was using messed up some of my appointments. They didn't seem bothered about it and made me feel like I didn't really matter. (I'm sure they assumed it was my fault too!) Revive is a totally different experience, thank goodness.

Sally is highly qualified and really wants you to enjoy the experience, even when it's waxing. She is very intuitive, professional and caring. The salon is very quiet, relaxing and comfortable. There is no one else there, she times appointments very carefully and I have never met another client at the salon due to her running late yet you never feel rushed either.

Revive is a real find, I would certainly recommend it (and have) Don't tell everyone though, I still want to be able to get an appointment!

I came to see Sally a few years ago whilst suffering with teenage acne and feeling very self concious about it! Not only does she give the BEST and most relaxing facials that target specific skin problems but she also offers unbiased advice. It was lovely of Sally to recommend a laser treatment at a different salon that really worked on my skin. However, when I'm in Cannock I'd never go anywhere else for treatments. A super relaxing experience with a geniune therapist that I can chatter for ages with (or fall asleep!) x

How did i not find Sally before!!! I've been having my eyebrows waxed for the past Four years and always had the same 'tadpole' (sally's words! lol!) shape. After seeing Sally and her explaining the most elegant way to have my eyebrows i've had nothing but compliments! My fiance much prefers them - he doesn't mormally notice i've even had them done! MEN! My lip wax too - wow - don't get me wrong it hurts, but no where near as much as where i used to get it done. Sally truly is a real find .. I've lived in Stafford for 20 years and wish I'd known about her earlier .. she applies real thought and effort to each and every treatment to ensure you have a special experience. I agree with the other comments here - once you've been to Revive you won't go anywhere else! Sally's treatments aren't just better than other beauty salons .. they're different, inspired, thoughtful and wonderful. It's where I relax the most .. thank you Sally!

Sally always makes you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble.

I have only had waxing done but I am very pleased with the results, and would recommend her to anyone.

Further to my previous comments. I recently had the insanely great facial treatment which combines a massage with a facial, all of which was superb and I would definitely recommend it - but then again I would recommend all the treatments I have had so far! This is real quality "me" time !

Revive is the most wonderful beauty salon I have ever been to by a mile. Seriously there is no other place as nice as this. I've been to spas in various countries including Thailand and a recent trip to Mauritius and I have never received the quality of treatment I receive from Sally. I have been visiting Sally, once or twice a month, for a few years now and I can honestly say that she has never once provided anything less than an exceptional treatment. Without fail I always feel she provides value for money and really effective treatments. It's really hard to describe what makes Sally stand out from the crowd so much ... but I'd recommend you finding out ... if I don't get there first :)

Having read all these other comments it doesn't seem like there's much more to add! I first went to Sally last year when my son and his girlfriend recommended her and bought me a gift voucher for my 50th birthday. I expected I would only go once, just to use the voucher, but how wrong I was-I now can't keep away! I have never experienced anything so relaxing and blissful, it's like being in heaven! So far I have had facials, massage.manicure and pedicure and like someone else has said, I am so spoilt I don't know what to have next. Also, since using the dermalogica products my skin is so much better. I have just returned from 2 days at Hoar cross hall, which was a wonderful present for Xmas from my husband, but not one of the treatments I had there were a patch on Sallys. If you want some really friendly, relaxing and superior treatment I highly recommend Sally, she's the best!

After being told about Revive by a friend I was very keen to try it as I have previously visited several Beauty Therapists, including Hoar Cross and Eden Day Spa. I have had excellent experiences and also not very good ones. However, out of all the locations that I have visited I have never received such great attention, care and welcome as I did at Revive. Sally is truly wonderful at what she does and has such great surroundings that its very difficult to leave and return to normality. The range of treatments on offer is excellent and are tailored to the individuals needs.

This is not your ordinary treatment room but is very personal and relaxing and now I need look no further for any treatment as Sally caters for everything you could possibly want.

I recently had the wonderful De-Stress Journey. This is so much more than just an Indian Head Massage. Not only do you get Sally's usual fantastic neck , shoulder and head massage, but feet too. Sally is always happy to make your treatment special just to you, so if you want a bit more work on one part of the body it's no problem. If you visit Sally just once I guarantee you'll never go anywhere else. My only problem now is - how do I choose between a De-Stress Journey, Happy Back, 7th Heaven.............

It is just so refreshing to find a therapist as natural and knowledgable as Sally. What sets Sally (and Revive!) apart from other therapists and salons is her unquestionable passion and genuine commitment to skin care and body well being. I have been coming to revive for a few months now i originally came because i had a concern with a rash on my face (This was due to going on the sun bed far to many times), i was throughly advised by sally after having a face map done as to what products and action to take to try and clear this up, obviously i have now stopped going on tanning beds and now ritually use dermoligica produts as advised by Sally and i must say my skin has never ever been this good! With Sally you dont just get advise from a beautition she will help you like a friend and is always there to help any time!She gets to know you not just as a client but as a person and i wouldnt go to aynone else for advise or treatments/ products other than sally.

At last a fabulous salon where you can truly feel relaxed and an individual!! I have now had several treatments mainly facials and a fantastic pedicure.My skin has improved dramatically. There are a great range of products for purchase but Sally does not push you to buy anything (as in other salons I have used) and always gives you samples to try first.However, the products are first rate quality and are worth every penny.
This is no ordinary salon -- this is REVIVE !!!

Unfortunately I am one of those women who suffer with water retention at that time of month! Sometimes it can be so uncomfortable my skin is actually sensitive from it. I have had a couple of lymphatic massages at Revive and it is a fab treatment. The last one I had I lost 4 pounds overnight (spent most of the night getting up for the loo!) - I felt so much better I think I will make it a monthly ritual perhaps I may be able to prevent the swelling.

Just wanted to say how great Sally's latest holistic massage is. SO relaxing...... I slept well that night for the first time in ages.

I have been enjoying the treatments on offer at Revive for the past four months. This has led to a complete transformation in myself ( new hair, specs, much better skin, etc). However, to add to my new look I decided to take Sally up on the offer of a make up lesson. It was such a great insight into how I could look if I made the effort to wear make-up. The lesson was not not rushed at all and all products were explained at every stage.Sally has emailed the list of products I used so I can base my shopping on that list. I looked fab after the lesson, more confident in applying products myself and can't wait to go shopping to buy some of the products and special tricks I have been shown today. Whatever you may choose to experience at Revive, you will not be disappointed. Great value for money, great customer service and a great way to treat yourself!

The massage by sally was amazing! Very firm as I requested, it did feel so good and took away all my shoulder discomfort.. Would definately recommend this lady !

I went to Revive for my wedding make up trial, after a disatrous first booking with another company sally understood my feelings and created make up that was so perfect - exactly as i had pictured it in my mind. I first visited Revive concerning some discomfort I had in my shoulders which I think was probably due to a mixture of bad posture and stress. I enjoyed the massage so much and it eased my shoulder tremendously so decided I would have a regular massage at Revive from then on. I have been going there for around 2 years now and have never looked back - I very rarely get any shoulder discomfort now. I have tried quite a few of the treatments that Revive offers and the facials are my favourite!

The first thing that attracted myself to Revive was the very competitive prices and the convenient location but the reason why I keep going back and why I shall continue to do is in a word ‘enthusiasm’. Sally enjoys what she does and genuinely wants the customer to as well and this shows in how she delivers her treatments. After you have been a couple of times Sally intuitively knows what you like and will adapt any treatment to what best meets your requirements and what you enjoy most. Sally is also constantly looking at ways of improving her treatments but in my opinion that would be very hard for her to do. Over the past few years I have been to several different establishments and I have to say hand on heart that Revive is by far the best. Sally makes you feel relaxed and welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave feeling refreshed and pampered. I would be having a treatment every day if I could afford it.

I'm 3/4 way through my course, and have noticed SUCH a difference to the texture and appearance of my thighs. It's such a relief to be getting rid of that mottled skin, which has been making me pretty depressed lately. Sally did a fake tan for me yesterday - it was the best I've ever had! Really even, no streaking and a great colour. Didn't even notice the usual 'funny smell'! And the best thing is, she was so quick, so I didn't feel like I was lying there forever!

Having decided my complexion needed some work (is it possible for a woman of a certain age to suddenly develop teenage spots!!??) but not wanting to give up the usual fantastic massage, I opted to try Sally's Insanely Great Facial.
After a fabulous back massage she got to work on my face. This was a really lovely, relaxing experience with lots of helpful advice on how to manage my skin and what to do at home.
I am extremely pleased to report that after just a couple of days my complexion is now totally reformed. The advice and the products have worked wonders and I'm now a firm fan of Dermalogica and, of course, Sally. In desperate need for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment, I booked a hot stone session for my face and body.
I expected a pampering experience that would leave me both relaxed and invigorated. And Sally delivered just that!

Sally gave me a back massage last week using hot stones, and it was fantastic! I couldn't believe how relaxing it was having the pressure of the stones working over the muscles at the top of my back. I will definitely have another one, and I think I'll probably try a full body massage next time as it is so amazing!! Thanks Sally!

This is pure indulgence!
Sally has jus introduced this new treatment which involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.
I'm looking forward to trying it out!!!

Sallys offers a very good value professional massage. I have been having a back massage for some weeks now at the revive treatment centre and i must say the experience is delightful. After a stressful week at work its a real wind down and a highlight to my day. I have suffered with back problems for years after racing motocross bikes and as time goes by sally is making this pain drastically reduce. Highly Reccomended

Further to my previous email - just wanted to say that Sally's 7th Heaven massage is wonderful. I see she is now offering Hot Thermal Stone Massage too - the only problem is how do I choose between them? Guess I'll just have to go more often! Seriously, if you've never experienced a massage at The Treatment Room I'd definitely advise you to go for it.

After visiting Sally for a number of treatments, including facials, special occasion makeup and massage in the months leading up to my wedding, I felt I had to comment on what a fantastic experience it was.
I sometimes find salons a very cold, impersonal experience. Sally is exactly the opposite ! She makes you feel extremely welcome and takes time to explain your treatment, so you know what to expect.
It is a most relaxing atmosphere and the booking system Sally use's means there is no need to rush off after your appointment because there is someone waiting - this makes it totally unique and personal ! You are the only client and your treatment is never rushed.

Wow, I've visited Revive a couple of times and have had some amazing facials that made me positively glow afterwards.
Then I mentioned to Sally that I'd had a painful shoulder for a few weeks, Sally massaged it and after one session it felt amazing again and the pain was gone :)
The salon provides such a relaxed serence atmosphere I love to return again and again.
